Here at Pita Paradise we serve fish that we catch ensuring optimal freshness. We have our very own fisherman - our owner “Captain Johnny” Arabatzis Jr. - who fishes daily and exclusively for our restaurant. With over 22 years of experience, Captain Johnny skillfully uses every part the fish to
highlight its specific flavors for sashimi, poke, baked kama (fish cheek), pan seared bellies.
Staples on our menu include Ahi tartar, fish salads, pita sandwiches, kabobs and our nightly
Chef's fish special. Each day our Fresh fish special is unique, depending on Captain Johnny’s catch and what the chef's create. All fish are caught throughout the Hawaiian islands. Whether its Ahi, Mahi, or Ono – you can be sure that your fish was swimming yesterday!
